Ryan Phillips celebrated his 150th match for the Monash Blues at The Frearson on Saturday 18 June. Since joining the Club in 2012, Ryan has become an ultra-consistent member of the Blues Twos. Week after week he will throw himself into the contest and will never shy away from any challenge the opposition offers up. With his trademark helmet on, “Ryno” has created headaches for opposition defenders with a goal of two - 72 so far in his Monash career - and a chase down tackle inside the forward 50, like a true tip-rat.
On behalf of all at the Ashes, congratulations on 150 games Ryan - it is a fantastic personal achievement to have had such a great impact at our Club.
